Please read these conditions carefully before placing a purchase order with Vulture Images.

By placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

If you are under 18 you may only purchase an image(s) with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

IMAGE USAGE -

Personal: All purchased images are for personal use. You can print and digitally copy as many as you wish, for personal use only - yourself, family and friends. You cannot sell them.

Non-commercial marketing and publication: By prior agreement only and at the discretion of Vulture Images, images maybe authorised for this type of usage and may or may not incur additional charges. This type of usage is for the sole purpose of reporting, promoting and advertising the related activities. It includes clubs and agencies, newspapers, magazines, books, posters, websites and social media. This type of usage must include a credit and/or copyright label attached to the image as approved by Vulture Images. The purchasing of any image does not transfer any copyright of the supplied image, this remains with Vulture Images. Please contact Vulture Images for further details.

Commercial marketing and publication: By prior agreement only and at the discretion of Vulture Images, images maybe authorised for this type of usage when a commercial financial profit is to be gained by the user. A competitive business charge will apply. This type of usage must include a credit and/or copyright label attached to the image as approved by Vulture Images. The purchasing of any image does not transfer any copyright of the supplied image, this remains with Vulture Images. Please contact Vulture Images for further details.

Any image(s) purchased does not include exclusive usage rights, other parties may purchase and use. Sole exclusive rights to any image(s) must be sought from Vulture Images.

Vulture Images will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions to deliver the image(s) if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time by other means.
